Crémant and a Three-Course Christmas Eve Dinner
The evening begins at 7pm in our beautifully decorated Meridian Restaurant, where you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Crémant before the first course arrives.
From there, take your time over three seasonal courses and enjoy the anticipation of Christmas Day, now just a few hours away.
The Christmas Eve menu is full of winter favourites, with choices including roast lamb with dauphinoise potatoes and winter vegetables, grilled salmon, and chicken in a tarragon and mushroom sauce.
Dessert keeps things suitably indulgent, with options including chocolate truffle torte, passion fruit cheesecake and orange and Cointreau panna cotta.
There’s no need to rush through dinner. Settle in, enjoy each course at an easy pace and give Christmas Eve the attention it deserves.
Live Piano Music in the Meridian Restaurant
As you dine, our pianist will play Christmas favourites live, adding a little extra sparkle to the evening.
With the restaurant dressed for the season and familiar festive music in the background, there’s a lovely sense that Christmas has really begun.
It creates an elegant backdrop to dinner, with enough atmosphere to make the evening feel special while still leaving plenty of room for conversation around the table.
