Sous Chef

 

This timing of this position is very relevant, we have a newly refurbished restaurant now open our vision is to continue to upgrade all cetering offerings from the hotel, from restaurant dining to banqueting. it is a great opportunity for someone who is, either in a similar position or looking to push onto the next level and show their talents, and assist the Head Chef to take the Clarendon to the next level.

Experience required: At least 2 years similar experience at a level that would give you the skills to join and manage a team with our Head Chef.

What our Sous Chef can expect:

  • Consistently working with fresh ingredients and working closely with the head chef to develop interesting, quirky and seasonally changing menus across a range of different trading areas and concepts.
  • The opportunity to make your mark and be part of something really exciting right from the beginning.

About you:

  • An enthusiastic, and experienced Sous chef who takes pride in what they do and is ready for a new challenge.
  • You must have your finger on the pulse, know what the current trends are
  • Proven track record within a professional kitchen, and strict health and safety regulations.
