It's Time to Train!

We have now introduced Bootcamp fitness sessions at The Clarendon Hotel - partnered with OSR Bootcamps. The group fitness sessions are held across the road on the heath, opposite the hotel.

Training involves resistance, cardio and weight training designed to burn calories and keep fit.  Individuals with all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced are welcome.
