Chef De Partie
Full Time position, 40 hours per week. The hotel is looking for someone with relevant experience who can contribute to the on-going development of the hotel food, menus and kitchen.
This is a Monday to Sunday position.

Working in our busy functions department, serving wedding and other function guests normally Friday or Saturdays.
We are looking for smart personable people who will add that extra sparkle to our functions. Previous restaurant experience is welcome but not necessary
